Over two live, three-hour sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of product management and get practice with the skills and methods that product managers use daily.
We’ll start by defining product management and looking at possible career paths within the field — there are a lot of different ways you could go.
From there, you’ll learn about the actual work a product manager does — things like identifying problems and crafting problem statements, affinity mapping to summarize customer feedback, introducing that feedback into product development, and determining market fit.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the tools under your belt to effectively apply some basic product management strategies, and a foundational knowledge of product management to keep building on.
Please Note: Registration for this workshop will close 24 hours before the scheduled start date.
